Together We Gain Access
Welcome to icantgetinTM — a free, user-generated accessibility rating site. Now differently-abled people, their families and friends can post reviews about the accessibility of any public location in the US. Which means that people can easily know — before they go — whether a location will meet their basic accessibility needs.
Rating is easy. The HOW TO REVIEW section walks you through the five steps necessary to evaluate how well a particular location meets the needs of the differently-abled. So anyone can create a worthwhile review. You can also post photos highlighting your review.
When you are ready to post your review, the POST A REVIEW section will guide you through the process step-by-step. Because icantgetin is just beginning, you may need to add your location to the database before you can post a review. If that is the case, the ADD A LOCATION section will lead you through that process as well.
Free smart phone apps are coming. Soon Android and iPhone apps will be available for free download. Then you will be able to post and search reviews on the go.
Whether an individual is deaf, blind, in a wheelchair, travels with a pet or has a toddler in a stroller, they can benefit from knowing in advance that they will be accommodated at a desired locale. When it comes to accessibility, icantgetin eliminates the guesswork. By highlighting the accessibility of any public space, icantgetin also provides a benefit to any concern that has taken the steps necessary to serve the differently-abled community. They can gain first-hand recommendations from a group of enthusiastic patrons.
